Happy Glow shall not be held liable for product performance, manufacturing outcomes, individual skin reactions, or regulatory compliance once formulations are transferred to the client or manufacturer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the final formulation provided to the client may be used by the client for commercial product development.
Happy Glow retains the right to maintain confidential records of development work for documentation purposes.
Happy Glow provides professional cosmetic formulation and product development services. Due to the nature of consulting and intellectual services, all payments for services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or completed.
If a consultation must be rescheduled, clients should provide reasonable notice prior to the scheduled meeting time.
For formulation development projects, payment covers time spent on research, formulation design, ingredient sourcing, testing preparation, and documentation.
Once a project has started, refunds cannot be issued for work already completed.
In limited situations where a project is cancelled before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at Happy Glow’s discretion.
Administrative or processing fees may be deducted.
Formulation projects may include a limited number of revisions depending on the project agreement. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may require additional fees.
Cosmetic product performance can vary depending on raw materials, manufacturing conditions, packaging compatibility, and individual user differences.
Happy Glow cannot guarantee identical results when formulas are manufactured by third parties.
Refunds will not be issued based on product performance outcomes.
Clients are responsible for conducting appropriate product testing, including stability testing, preservative efficacy testing, and regulatory compliance.
Refunds cannot be issued based on results from testing, manufacturing, or regulatory review.
By purchasing services from Happy Glow, the client agrees to contact Happy Glow first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
